This wine has a deep cherry color and displays on the nose delicate notes of black chocolate and tobacco with a very subtle note of black pepper.
Full bodied wine that is well structured with round tannins that were perfectly amalgamated with fresh and good acidity.
Best paired with: Beef dishes, venison, Artisanal cured meats, cheeses, chimichurri and smoked meat dishes.
